Summer Camp 2012

Troop 9 will be spending summer camp at CT Yankee Council's Sequassen Scout Reservation in New Hartford, CT during it's third

week session in July (Sun 7/8 - Sat 7/14).  The troop will be in the Eli Whitney campsite in North Sequassen.
The camp site handles 40 campers comfortably and could accommodate up to 46 if needed by using additional platforms and tents.
Adults are permitted to pitch tents if they wish.  The troop will meet on Sunday, July 8th at the FUMC for check-in.
Sunday activities generally commence at 1 p.m.  Driving time is about 1-1/2 hours (80 miles).

More information about summer camping is available at our weekly meeting and on our web site in the Troop 9 Library.
